Rent a WhatsApp number
In Noir SMS, select WhatsApp, choose the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom, and buy the number. It stays reserved for you for 20 minutes.
WhatsApp verifies every new installation with a 6-digit registration code sent by SMS to the number you enter. If the text seems slow, it offers a voice call instead, and on Android it may also offer a missed-call check. Noir SMS gives you a mobile number reserved for WhatsApp for 20 minutes, shows the incoming code in your dashboard with a sound alert, and refunds you automatically if WhatsApp never sends it. Because WhatsApp asks for a new code whenever you reinstall or switch phones, set up two-step verification and backups before you rely on a temporary number.
Yes. Rent a US, UK or Canadian mobile number for WhatsApp on Noir SMS, enter it in WhatsApp with the matching country code, and let WhatsApp send the 6-digit code by SMS. The code appears in your Noir SMS dashboard, usually within a minute or two. If no SMS arrives within 20 minutes, the charge is refunded to your balance automatically.
One number, one WhatsApp verification. Pay only for what you use.

Open WhatsApp, agree to the terms, pick the matching country (+1 or +44) and type the number without repeating the country code. Confirm it when WhatsApp shows the number back to you.
When the SMS lands in your dashboard, enter the code in WhatsApp and set your profile name. Then turn on two-step verification before anything else.
WhatsApp offers a voice call if the text takes a while. Noir SMS numbers receive SMS only, so a call delivers nothing you can see. Wait for the countdown and use resend SMS instead.
In Settings > Account > Two-step verification, create a 6-digit PIN and add an email address. Rented numbers are recycled later, and the PIN makes it much harder for whoever gets the number next to re-register your account.
WhatsApp asks for a fresh SMS code when you reinstall, change phones or come back after a long break, and the rented number won't be available then. Keep chat backups on, and use Settings > Account > Change number to move to your own number if the account becomes long-term.
Yes. WhatsApp only needs a number that can receive its 6-digit SMS code. Noir SMS numbers are mobile numbers from carriers rather than VoIP lines, so WhatsApp usually accepts them. If WhatsApp rejects the number or never sends the code, cancel it after 2 minutes or let the 20 minutes run out, and the charge returns to your balance.
The usual causes are the wrong country selected, the number typed with an extra 1, 0 or +44, or WhatsApp throttling requests after several attempts and showing a countdown timer. Check the format, tap resend SMS when the timer allows it, and if nothing arrives within 20 minutes, Noir SMS refunds you automatically so you can try another number.
Yes. WhatsApp doesn't require your number to match the country you live in; it only has to receive the code. Your contacts will see the number with its +1 or +44 prefix. Remember it's a verification number, not a line you can call or text from, and WhatsApp's terms still apply.
Not right away. Once verified, WhatsApp keeps working on that phone without the number. The risk comes later: reinstalling or switching phones requires a new code, and the number may be recycled by then. Two-step verification with a PIN and email, plus regular chat backups, protects you. For an account you'll keep for years, switch to your own number.
Verifying your own account with a separate number is common, but WhatsApp's terms still apply. Noir SMS numbers may only be used for your own legitimate accounts. Bulk registration, spam, impersonation and getting around a WhatsApp ban are prohibited, and WhatsApp itself bans numbers used for automated or bulk messaging.
