Buy a Telegram number
Select Telegram in Noir SMS, choose a US, Canadian or UK number, and copy it from your dashboard.
Telegram logs you in with a short numeric code. If a number already has a Telegram account with an active session, Telegram delivers the code inside that logged-in app instead of by SMS. For a fresh number, it sends the code by text, and in some cases it first asks you to set up a login email. Noir SMS rents you a carrier mobile number for 20 minutes and shows the SMS code in your dashboard as soon as it lands. After sign-up, your two-step verification password and active sessions matter more than the phone number itself.
Yes. Rent a Telegram number from the US, Canada or UK on Noir SMS, enter it in the Telegram app, and wait for the SMS login code, which appears in your dashboard automatically. Telegram sometimes asks you to add a login email first. If the code goes to another Telegram app instead, or no SMS arrives within 20 minutes, you get your money back.
One number, one Telegram verification. Pay only for what you use.

Tap Start Messaging, choose the country, paste the number and confirm. If Telegram asks for a login email, add one you control.
Copy the code from your dashboard into Telegram and set your name. If Telegram says the code was sent to another device, that number is already registered, so cancel it for a refund and rent another.
When Telegram says it sent the code to your Telegram app, the number already belongs to an account. Don't keep requesting an SMS. Cancel after 2 minutes for an instant refund and use a fresh number.
Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Two-Step Verification and create a password with a recovery email. Without it, anyone who later receives your recycled number could log in with just an SMS code.
Telegram sends future login codes to your active sessions, so staying signed in on your phone or Telegram Desktop means you rarely need the number again. Also check the If away for setting under account deletion, since Telegram deletes accounts after the inactivity period you choose.
Yes. Telegram requires a phone number but not a specific SIM card. A Noir SMS mobile number receives the SMS login code in your dashboard. Telegram may occasionally ask for a login email or limit new accounts it considers suspicious, which is outside our control. If no code arrives within 20 minutes, the charge is refunded automatically.
That message means the number already has a Telegram account with an active session somewhere, so Telegram delivers the code there instead of by SMS. With a rented number, it means the number was used before. Cancel it once the 2-minute window passes for an instant refund, and buy a different number.
Only if your privacy settings allow it. Under Privacy and Security > Phone Number, you can set who sees it to Nobody and limit who can find you by number. People can still reach you through a public username. Many users verify with a separate number precisely to keep their personal number out of large groups.
Usually not. Telegram sends login codes to your active sessions first, so as long as you stay logged in on at least one device, you can approve new ones from there. Combined with a two-step verification password, you can keep the account without the original number. If you log out everywhere, you'd need SMS again.
No. Each number is for one verification of your own account. Noir SMS prohibits bulk or automated account creation, spam, impersonation and using numbers to get around Telegram bans. Telegram also restricts accounts that send unsolicited messages. If you need a second personal account, verify it separately and follow Telegram's terms.
